NY Soldier wins Regional Best Warrior honors

SEA GIRT, NEW JERSEY- New York Army National Guard Cpl. Dakoatah Miller (center), a member of the 2nd Battalion, 108th Infantry receives his award for winning the Northeast Region Best Warrior Competition in the junior enlisted Soldier category from New Jersey National Guard Command Sgt. Major Earnest Williams (right) and New York Army National Guard Command Sgt. Major David Piwowarski during a dinner on May 6, 2021. Miller competed against Soldiers from Maine, Connecticut, Rhode Island New Hampshire Vermont, Massachusetts and New Jersey. He now goes on to compete in a national competition.
