NEW YORK-- New York Army National Guard Soldiers assigned to the Headquarters Company of the 1st Battalion, 69th Infantry, cross the street along FDR Drive in Manhattan during a six-mile timed ruck march on May 16, 2021.
Thirty soldiers from the Battalion participated in the Ruck march event, which was conducted to get the battalion back into Soldiering in preparation for the 18-mile ruck march the battalion will be completing at the end of their annual training at the end of the Summer.
