MANHATTAN- Governor Kathy Hochul speaks with members of the New York National Guard's 369th Sustainment Brigade at the Jacob Javits Convention Center in New York on Saturday, Sept. 11, 2021. Hochul recognized the National Guard for service following the attacks for Sept. 11, 2001 and also said she was backing legislation which would provide state veterans benefits for National Guard Soldiers and Airmen.
