Jeffrey Trottier the senior enlisted leader for the 109th Airlift Wing salute after placing a wreath from President Joseph Biden at the memorial to President Chester Arthur the 21st President of the United States during a ceremony at his gravesite in Albany Rural Cemetery in Menands New York on October 5 2021.Each year former presidents are honored on their birthday with the presentation of a wreath from the current president at their gravesite by military leaders.
