Halloween can be a fun time for adults and children alike, yet care must be taken to stay safe from holiday hazards such as fire, increased pedestrian traffic and foodstuffs from unknown sources.
The NY National Guard Safety Office has put together some tips for keeping Halloween scary, but safe.
