Civilian employee honored on retirement

LATHAM-- New York National Guard civilian employee Jeannine Mannarino receives a New York State Medal for Meritorious Service received from Major General Michel Natali the Assistant Adjutant General Army during a ceremony at New York National Guard headquarters in Latham New York on October 27 2021 marking her retirement as a civilian employee of the National Guard. Mannarino who served in the National Guard for 24 years retiring as a master sergeant has 41 years of service as a Guard Soldier and civilian employee.
