Brazilian Officers Visit New York

BROOKLYN--Brazilian Army colonels Luiz Carlos Lott Guimares (left) and Anderson Pedreira Silva listen to New York Army National Guard Major Delbert Gustave the deputy commander of the 24th Weapons of Mass Destruction Civil Support Team( back to camera) during a visit to the teams headquarters at Fort Hamilton Brooklyn on October 18 2021. The two Brazilian officers who are experts in nuclear biological and chemical response visited the New York National Guard team as well as New York City fire and emergency officials as part of State Partnership Program training exchange. The New York National Guard has a partnership with the militaries of Brazil and South Africa.
