NEW YORK-- New York Army National Guard senior officers and noncommissioned officers are briefed by Lt. Col. Brian Higgins (back to camera) in New York City's crowded Financial District during the Dense Urban Leaders Operation Course conducting in the city on November 2 2021. The course is a 5-day course geared train and educate officers and senior noncommissioned officers in the planning and execution of operations in complex urban environments like New York City.
