WATERVLIET--Codi Dowen a supply technician inspects assault packs at the New York Army National Guard Central Issue Facility at the Watervliet Arsenal in Watervliet New York on March 9th 2022 . After being turned in the packs will be inspected repaired or serviced if needed and await issue to a new unit in the future.
