NEW YORK-- New York Army National Guard Major Michael McLean, the executive officer of the 369th Special Troops Battalion, conducts a tour of the historic Harlem Armory for a delegation of South African officers on April 21, 2022. The South African officers, and representatives of their military academy, where in New York to initial a faculty exchange agreement with the United States Military Academy. The New York National Guard has had a State Partnership Program agreement with South Africa's military since 2003.
