Naval Militia leader visits Dominican ships

NEW YORK-- Rear Admiral Larry Weil center the commander of the New York Naval Militia presents plaques to the commanders of two Dominican Republic Navy training vessels visiting New York City on July 2 2022; the Almirante Juan Bautista a sail training ship; and the Almirante Didiez Burgos a former United States Coast Guard cutter. Weil and Commander Don McKnight attended a reception on board the Almirante Juan Bautista alongside representatives of the navies of Mexico Peru and El Salvador and the United State Coast Guard in New York City.
