New Commander for 101st Signal Battalion

CANMP SMITH--New York Army National Guard Lt. Col. Paul Mulligan, the incoming commander of the 101st Expeditionary Signal Battalion, accepts the battalion colors from Col. Seth Morgulas, the commander of the 369th Sustainment Brigade, during a change of command ceremony at Camp Smith Training Site, Cortlandt Manor, N.Y., Sept. 10, 2022. The ceremony marked the change of the 101st ESB commander from outgoing Lt. Col. Michael Hastings to incoming Lt. Col. Paul Mulligan.
