LATHAM-- New York Air National Guard Col. Eric Underhill right the director of joint operations for the New York National Guard and other New York Air National Guard leaders pose for a photo with World War II veteran William H. Meyer during his 100th birthday celebration at Shaker Place Nursing Home in Latham New York on Nov. 28. Meyer served in the United States Army Air Force in World War II and then enlisted in the Air Force following the war and served until 1962.
