BUFFALO--New York Air National Guard Airmen assigned to the 107th Attack Wing at Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station assist motorists stuck in high snow drifts near Buffalo, New York December 25, 2022 during whiteout blizzard conditions. The National Guard mobilized 540 personnel to assist with storm response efforts across Erie County during the holiday blizzard, with forces providing support across Erie County for rescue and recovery, snow removal, support to warming shelters, transportation of critical healthcare staff and decedent recovery.
