U.S. Air National Guard Chief Master Sgt. Wayne Lawton, assigned to the 174th Attack Wing at Hancock Field Air National Guard Base in Syracuse, prepares snow removal equipment in advance of a late winter storm threatening upstate New York March 14-15.
