The 69th Continues the St. Pat's Tradition

NEW YORK-- New York National Guard Soldiers assigned to the rear detachment of the 1st Battalion, 69th Infantry continue the tradition of leading the New York City St. Patrick's Day Parade on March 17, 2023. The Fighting 69th has led the worlds largest St. Patrick's Day parade since 1851. The bulk of the battalion is currently deployed in Djibouti where they marked St. Patrick's Day with a parade at Camp Lemonnier.
