MANHATTAN-- New York National Guard leaders and Brazilian military officers prepare to board a UH-60M assigned to the 3rd Battalion, 142nd Aviation Regiment in New York City on April 18, 2023 prior to heading to Fort Indiantown Gap, Pennsylvania to visit a Chemical Biological Radiological Nuclear training exercise being conducted by New York troops. Five Brazilian military personnel visited New York as part of the State Partnership Program training relationship between Brazil and the New York National Guard.
