GRAFENWHOEHR, Germany- New York Army National Guard Soldiers from Task Force Orion and Arkansas Army National Guard Soldiers from Task Force Bowie, stand at attention during a ceremony in which authority for the Joint Multinational Training Group-Ukraine was turned over from the New York task force to the team from Arkansas on April 28, 2023 in Grafenwoehr, Germany. the JMTG-U ensures the combat effectiveness of Armed Forces of Ukraine soldiers training on systems and equipment issued under the U.S. Presidential Drawdown Authority and training in combined arms and joint maneuver.
