SARATOGA SPRINGS, New York-- General Dan Hokanson, the Chief of the National Guard Bureau, presents challenge coins to New York Army and Air Guard recruiters on May 10, 2023 at the Embassy Suites Hotel in Saratoga Springs, New York. Hokanson was in Saratoga Springs to meet with regional adjutant generals and recognized the recruiters at the close of that meeting. the New York Army National Guard was the only state Army Guard to meet recruiting goals in 2022.
