DJIBOUTI--New York Army National guard Soldiersassigned to 1st Battalion, 69th Infantry Regiment, hold their respective company guidons during a transfer of authority ceremony at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, on June. 3, 2023. During the ceremony the New York National Guard unit turned over control of an East Africa security mission to the Oklahoma National Guards 1st Battalion, 179th Infantry Regiment.
