LATHAM--Workers begin to lift an AH-1S attack helicopter from a flatbed trailer to the frame erected for the aircraft in front of New York State Division of Military and Naval Affairs headquarters in Latham New York on July 10 2023. The helicopter which was erected outside the building as a tribute to Army National Guard aviators was removed and refurbished before being reinstalled.
