Victor Mevo, a radio frequency transmissions specialists assigned to the 106th Rescue Wing repairs a headset alongside Brazilian Air Force pararescuemen from Brazilian Air Base Campo Grande in Campo Grande, Brazil, on August 22, 2023. The 106th Rescue Wing is participating in Exercise Tapio which is being conducted as part of the New York National Guards State Partnership with Brazil.
