FOZ DO IGUAZU, BRAZIL--New York National Guard Spc. Hai Nguyen a combat medic assigned to the 466th Area Support Medical Company assists a Brazilian medical officer during emergency trauma care in Foz Do Iguaz, Brazil while taking part in Operation Parana III, a humanitarian response exercise on August 15 2023. The New York National Guard sent 18 personnel to participate in Operation Parana from August 12-19 2023 along with more than 14 participating countries as part of the National Guard State Partnership Program.
