Guard Chief administers oaths in Times Square

NEW YORK --Army General Dan Hokanson, Chief of the National Guard Bureau, speaks with New York Air National Guard Sgt. Tiffany Stewart, an air transportation specialist assigned to the 105th Airlift Wing in Newburgh, N.Y., following his administering her oath of service in Times Square, New York City as part of the National Guard's 9/11 remembrance and commitment to service, September 11, 2023. Hokanson administered the oath to 25 participants including both new enlistees and reenlisting noncommissioned officers of the New York Army and Air National Guard.
