CAMP SMITH -- New York Army National Guard 1st Sgt. Sonia Allen accepts the guidon for Headquarters and Headquarters Company of the 369th Sustainment Brigade from Sgt. Major Rebecca Santana during a change of responsibility ceremony conducted at Camp Smith Training Site in Cortlandt Manor on October 22, 2023. Both Santana and Allen were promoted as part of the ceremony.
