NEW YORK -- New York Army National Guard Soldiers assigned to the 1st Battalion, 258th Field Artillery Regiment and their guests raise a glasss during the battalion's annual St. Barbara's Ball on Saturday, Dec. 2, at the Sanctuary Roosevelt Island in New York City. The St. Barbara Ball is a tradition recognized by a formal celebration and presentation of awards honoring St. Barbara, the patron saint of artillery personnel.
