RAMSTEIN, GERMNAY-- Airmen assigned to the 10th Expeditionary Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron convert a C-17 Globemaster III flown by the New York Air National Guard's 105th Airlift Wing into a flying hospital at Ramstein Air Base, on November 17, 2023. The Airmen of the 105th Airlift Wing spent four months supporting aeromedical evacuation missions flown from Ramstein Air Base, Germany.
