Joseph Lee the new commander of the 187th Signal Company, of the 369th Sustainment Brigade, stands tall with the company guidon during a change of command ceremony at Farmingdale Armed Forces Reserve Center Farmingdale N.Y. Dec. 17 2023. This ceremony marked the change of command from outgoing Capt. Donald Conste to incoming Capt. Joseph Lee.
