BUFFALO--New York Air National Guard Lt Col Randy Allen the 107th Attack Wing Operations Support Squadron commander lays a wreath at the grave of President Millard Fillmore on January 5 2024 Forest Lawn Cemetery Buffalo NY. Wreaths are placed on former presidents resting places every year on their birthday on behalf of the White House and the President of the United States by military officers.
