HARLEM--New York Army National Guard Pfc. Shadine Gardner assigned to the 369th Sustainment Brigade salutes 1st Lt. Saul Rodriguez the headquarters company executive officer during a promotion ceremony conducted at the Harlem Regiment Armory New York N.Y. January 21 2024. Gardner was promoted from the rank of private second class to private first class.
