STRATTON AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE --Col. Robert Donaldson receives the 109th Airlift Wing guidon from Major Gen. Denise Donnell the New York Air National Guard commander during the wing's change of command ceremony at Stratton Air National Guard base March 2. During the ceremony, command passed from Col.
