Officer Candidates Train In Albania

RRETH-GRETH, ALBANIA-- New York Army National Guard Officer Candidate Opeoluwa Taylor, a member of the Officer Candidate School Class 69, conducted by the 2nd Battalion, 106th Regiment conducts water crossing familiarization training with the Albanian Armed Forces Cadets in Rreth-Greth Albania on May 16 2024. New Jersey and New York National Guard Soldiers traveled to Albania to complete Situational Tactical Exercise (STX) lanes as part of State OCS Phase 2 with cadets from the Albanian Military Academy. The New Jersey National Guard and Albanian Armed Forces have been partners for over 20 years in the U.S. Department of Defense State Partnership Program.
