Military personnel will continue in a normal duty status without pay until such time as a continuing resolution or appropriations are passed by Congress and signed into law. 42nd Division Remember over Memorial Day

The 42nd Infantry Division was organized at Camp Mills, which once stood where Garden City is now during 1917. A wreath is placed at the memorial during Memorial Day Weekend.
