SYRACUSE--New York Air National Guard Airmen assigned to the 274th Air Support Operations Squadron of the 107th Attack Wing, rappel from a U.S. Army National Guard CH-47F Chinook Helicopter flown by Soldiers of B Company, 3rd Battalion, 126th Aviation Regiment, during a training exercise at Hancock Field Air National Guard Base in Syracuse, New York, on June 25, 2024. The Special Warfare Airmen from the 274th are trained to direct air to ground fires.
