106th Maintenance Squadron gets new boss

WESTHAMPTON BEACH-- ew York Air National Guard Maj. Kristie Lyons, receives the guidon of the 106th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron from Col. Neil Theisen, 106th Rescue Wing Maintenance Group commander, during a change of command ceremony at F.S. Gabreski Air National Guard Base, in Westhampton Beach, N.Y., on Sept. 26, 2023. Lyons assumed command of the 106th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, responsible for supporting the wing's HH-60W Jolly Green II helicopters and HC-130J Combat King II aircraft for search and rescue missions.
