Gen. Jonas Wikman, the chief of the Swedish Air Force, looks on. The visit to the New York Air National Guard's 174th Attack Wing was part of a State Partnership Program engagement NWikman's party also toured the Eastern Air Defense Sector and an Air Force Research Laboratory facility in Rome NY.
