WESTHAMPTON BEACH-- New York Air National Guard Tech Sgt. Declan Harley, a pararescueman assigned to the 106th Rescue Wings 103rd Rescue Squadron, lands on the flightline following a routine jump training on Francis S. Gabreski Air National Guard Base, Westhampton, Beach, N.Y., May 2, 2025. The pararescuemen jumped from an HC-130J Combat King II search and rescue aircraft flying at 13,000 feet.
