CAMP SMITH-- Col. William Murphy commander of the 106th Regiment (Regional Training Institute) passes the guidon to Maj. John Noecker incoming commander of 1st Infantry Battalion 106 RTI during a ceremony conducted at Camp Smith Training Site near Peekskill N.Y. June 20 2025. Maj.
