ELLWOOD CITY, Pennsylvania -- New York Air National Guard Col. Andrew Carlson, the commander of the 107th Attack Wing,right, receives a briefing from Air Force Tech. Sgt. Neal Brooks an optometry technician in the 355th Medical Group during a visit to an Innovative Readiness Training mission in Ellwood City Pennsylvania on July 28 2025. IRTs prepare service members for real-world deployments through hands-on mission-critical experience. Members of the 107th Attack Wing, based at Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station, were supporting the mission during which medical providers offered no-cost health care-- including veterinary care-- to local residents.
