SYRACUSE --new York Army National Guard Col. Brad Frank commander of the 27th Infantry Brigade Combat Team passes the 427th Brigade Support Battalion colors to Lt. Col. Nicholas Tommaso during the brigade change of command ceremony in Syracuse on August 2, 2025.Tommaso replaced outgoing commander Lt. Col. Del Gustave who had led the battalion since 2023.
