Paul Bailie, the commander of the 42nd Expeditionary Combat Aviation Brigade passes the brigade colors to incoming Command Sergeant Major Dolan Brammer during a change of responsibility ceremony held at the Army Aviation Support Facility in Latham N.Y. on Nov. 14, 2025. The outgoing Command Sergeant Major James Holloman and Command Sergeant Major Dolan Brammer the incoming Command Sergeant Major exchanged responsibility during the ceremony.
