WATERTOWN-- Major General Michel Natali, assistant adjutant general, Army, and Dr. Daniel Dupee, the president of Jefferson Community College, hold up documents formalizing the New York Army National Guard's decision to place a recruiting station at in the college's Enrollment Services Center, during a Dec. 9, 2025 ceremony. The new recruiting site will make it easier for students to find out how joining the Army National Guard can help pay for college.
