NY Army Guard Artillery Soldiers recognized

THE BRONX--New York Army National Guard Soldiers assigned to the 2nd Battalion, 258th Field Artillery and the 42nd Infantry Division Artillery, are presented with the Order of St. Barbara, during the annual St. Barbara's Ball on Dec. 6, 2025, at Scavello's on The Island in the Bronx. The Order of St. Barbara, who is the patron saint of artillery, recognizes outstanding artillery Soldiers.The event also recognized the retirement of Command Sgt. Maj. Curtis L. Moss, who served since 1987 and was assigned as the initial command sergeant major of the newly re-established 42nd Division Artillery in 2023.
