SARATOGA SPRINGS -- 1st Sgt. Alex Williams poses for a photo with his family after taking over as the top enlisted leader for A Company of the New York Army National Guard's Recruiting and Retention Battalion during a change of responsibility ceremony held on January 9 during the annual recruiting conference at the Saratoga Hilton. Williams replaced Sgt. Major Jose Hernandez who moved into a position with the battalion.
