NIAGARA FALLS -- New York Army National Guard Soldiers assigned to Headquarters and Headquarters Detachment of the 153rd Troop Command Brigade analyze and track operational data during a Homeland Response Force command post exercise in Niagara Falls New York Feb. 28 2026. The exercise supported the HRF mission to provide rapid response capabilities during chemical biological radiological and nuclear incidents.
