AMSTERDAM--Members of the New York National Guard 2nd Civil Support Team (CST) wearing protective gear, load a simulated man down onto a carrying board during the CST federal certification process in Amsterdam N.Y. on June 9 2026. The 2nd CST based out of Stratton Air National Guard base is one of two New York National Guard CST teams. These teams are required to be federally certified every 18 months.
