OSKOSH, Wisconsin-- This LC-130 "Skibird" from the New York Air National Guard's 109th Airlift Wing is a star at the World's Greatest Aviation Celebration," AirVenture Oshkosh, the annual air show known simply as "Oshkosh" held at Witman Regional Airport in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. The show started on July 20 and runs to July 26. The 109th Airmen have welcomed thousands of people to tour the plane and talk about the New York Air National Guard and their unique mission flying the world's largest ski-equipped aircraft.
