Bradley Frank the new deputy commanding general for support for the 42nd Infantry Division has his colonel rank removed from his shoulder straps by his wife Krista and sons Jacob (right) and Isaac (left) during a ceremony at the Connecticut Street Armory in Buffalo N.Y. Aug.15 2026. The ceremony marked Franks promotion to the one-star general rank of brigadier general presided over by Maj. Gen. Jack James Commander of the 42nd Infantry Division.
