CAMP SMITH N.Y.-- Brig. Gen. Joseph L. Biehler the commander of the New York Army National Guards 53rd Troop Command receives the units flag or colors from Maj. Gen. Raymond Shields the Adjutant General of New York during a change of command ceremony in Camp Smith N.Y. Oct. 17 2021. During the ceremony Brig. Gen. Jack A. James relinquished command of the 53rd Troop Command to Biehler after two years leading the organization.
