KANGERLAUSSAUQ, Greenland --Major Gen. Ray Shields the adjutant general of New York left and Richard Anderson the Air Forces assistant secretary for manpower and reserve affairs present a challenge coin to Lance Corp. A.M. Sethsen a Greenlandic member of the Danish Army on May 19 2026 in Kangerlaussauq Greenland. Sethsen was presented with the coin to thank him for his quick actions in helping NY Army National Guard Command Sgt. Major Cory Cush when Cush fractured his leg in a running accident. Shields and Anderson were in Greenland visiting members of the New York Air National Guards 109th Airlift Wing.
